Stacks of Honduras Mahogany ready for shaping.

Each piece is cut to length with the proper bevel on each end
and then an outside radius cut to fit the glue-up jig.

The pieces are then stacked correctly and glued up in the jig.

Each fender is made up of a five high stack of 1/2 inch pieces.

The inside radius is rough cut on the band saw.

The fender is mounted into another jig fixture, for use with the spindle shaper.

This is the set-up for cutting the inside radius with the spindle shaper.

After the finish is applied, the fenders really look sharp.
